I was responsible for building design systems across eCommerce, collaborating closely with the web development team to implement and launch designs. Together, we successfully launched over 20 products, including multifunctional displays, radar, and sonar technologies, across 36 countries and multiple languages. Every design needed to account for regional differences, both through design systems and localized content. I also worked with the marketing team to support storytelling efforts, ensuring products resonated with diverse audiences worldwide.

I was also responsible for ensuring that marketing content was created with a user-centric approach. You can find my case study on this approach here:

I also worked on the Simrad app, focusing on onboarding users from the moment they unpacked their electronics to syncing with the mobile app. The app provided boaters with relevant information by leveraging electronic products, such as PDFs and other resources. Later, new features were introduced, including Anchor Alert, which used GPS from the MFD, as well as access to fuel levels, sensors, and other critical data to enhance the boating experience.
What a brilliant product! BoatConnect allowed boaters to track their boat in real-time while it was out on the water—perfect for charters—while also giving users access to essential boat information directly from the app, truly connecting them to their vessel. I had the opportunity to own this project from start to finish, leading the launch, including all marketing efforts. The response from boaters was incredible—they absolutely loved it!
I had the opportunity to collaborate across three teams—Ecommerce, Mobile App, and Product (Electronics)—working closely with each to maintain consistency and implement a user-centric approach. This ensured that each product complemented the others by identifying where and when they could best serve the user.
